By engaging Nataliavero Co. ("we", "us", "our") for fencing services or using our website at https://nataliaveroco.sbs/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We provide fence installation, repair, and gate services in Rowlett, TX and surrounding areas. All work is subject to a written estimate and signed agreement before commencement.
All estimates are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted based on site conditions discovered during installation. Any changes will be communicated and approved in writing before proceeding.
A deposit may be required to schedule work. Final payment is due upon project completion unless other arrangements are made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
We provide a workmanship warranty on installation. Material warranties vary by manufacturer and product. Warranty details will be provided with your service agreement.
Customers are responsible for: marking property lines, obtaining HOA approval where required, locating private utilities not covered by 811, and providing reasonable site access.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled work are eligible for a full deposit refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
